What we collect
- Your Apple sign-in ID, and the email and name Apple shares if you allow it.
- Your location while you use the app.
- The tours you play, places and cities you've been near, your favourites, and your answers to the setup questions.
- Your purchase and subscription history.
- Crash reports, which aren't linked to your account.
Why
To find landmarks near you, run your account and subscription, keep your history, and fix problems.
Who receives it
- Your account and history are stored on our servers.
- Subscription services manage your purchases.
- Mapbox shows the map. Its data is handled under the Mapbox Terms and Mapbox Privacy Policy.
- A crash-reporting service receives crash reports.
These providers protect your information to the same standard we do. The app doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information until you delete your account in Settings, then delete it. Backup copies expire shortly after.
Location
You can turn location off in iOS Settings at any time.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
